The State of New Hampshirehas gone "on-line" with their UCC
searches & filings. With the new State policies, the State will be charging $5000
a year for unlimited UCC searches. Also, any SINGULAR NAME on-line UCC searches
will be $25 per search. This is for "exact name only" searches!
This means if you want to search for Mr. Smith's Bakery, then that
is exactly what you get unless you pay $5000 a year for unlimited searching. Or you can do
another singular search for it WITHOUT the apostrophe at the end of Smith's (I.E.:
Smiths) and they will charge you ANOTHER $25!
If you want a singular search with similar names included, and do
not want to pay $5000 per year, then we can save you a lot of time and money!
Our on-line searches are only $15.00! They include similar names and all copies will be sent to you via e-mail
(In PDF Format) for free! If you request Hard-copies, they will only be $0.20 per page.
On June 28th, 1999, the State of New
Hampshire changed thier UCC procedures! Please
read the following.
Access
We will not be able to personally handle Uniform Commercial Code records
for search purposes. Searchers will not be permitted into the filing area of the UCC
office. The UCC Office staff will provide all services for searching of UCCs.
Normal Search Procedures
Normal search fee is $10.00. Normal turn-around time for a non-expedited
search request, starting from the time it arrives in the office to the time the results
leave the office, may be in the range of 7-10 business days, or possibly longer. Search
requests submitted over the counter with no expedited fee wll be placed at the bottom of
the pending work, after the day's mail is delivered. If a customer wishes to take a search
out of it's order in the pile at any time, it must pay an expedited search fee.
24-hour Expedited Search
The expedited service fee for 24-hour searches will be $15 per debtor
name, in addition to the $10 search and copy fees. (The standard $10 search is a Form 11-A
or Form 11 with a Secretary of State signature stamp.)
"Same-Day" Search
The expedited service fee for "Same-Day" searches will be $25.
Searches must be submitted by 12:00 Noon for "same day" service. All results
will be available at a 24 hour interval on the following business day.(IE: Drop them off
at 1:00p.m. and get the results back at 1:00 p.m. the next day) This fee is also in
addition to the $10 search, $5 certificate and copy fees.
